Orders
When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about your order: products, pricing, billing and shipping address.
If anything is incorrect in the confirmation, you must contact us immediately via contact@snugglesshop.shop.
Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 5–10 business days.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends are shipped earliest the following Monday.
Due to high workload among delivery carriers, occasional delays may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding as this is outside our control.
If your order is delayed (and you have not been informed of a longer delivery time), please contact us at contact@snugglesshop.shop.
Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply, as you are the private importer of the product you order.
Pricing
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and are EXCLUDING 25% VAT.
This means you may be required to pay VAT or customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to supplier price changes, typographical errors, or incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
When purchasing goods on our website, you as a customer have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Notification must be sent to contact@snugglesshop.shop and must include:

Which item(s) you want to return
You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during return. Items should therefore be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s condition.
Return processing:

We process your return once we have received and inspected the product.

Once approved, your refund is normally initiated within 1 business day.

After the refund is initiated, it usually takes 2–3 banking days before it appears in your account (this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
How the refund is issued:
We process refunds through Shopify, which forwards them to the payment provider (e.g., Klarna). For Klarna purchases, your refund is managed via Klarna—either credited to your invoice or returned to the original payment method, depending on your payment choice.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

Complaints & Returns (Defective Items)
All products are inspected before shipment. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will correct the issue free of charge according to consumer protection laws.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints must be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

If we cannot resolve the issue or replace the product, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is not faulty according to consumer law.

Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages caused by the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
We also take no responsibility for changes made by suppliers beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for potential typographical errors and sold-out items.
We cannot guarantee that product images perfectly represent the product’s appearance, as color differences may occur depending on screen or photo conditions.
